Job Description

Responsibilities
- Knowledge of surface mount components required. This includes the ability to identify caps, IC’s capacitors, diodes, resistors, etc.
- Must be able to read a parts list, gather components and appropriately assemble the parts to the product by accurately interpreting the drawing.
- Good mechanical aptitude skills – ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical Test with the minimum score of 35/68 required.
- Above average computer skills needed in order to be able to process assemblies thru the SMT Line.
- Working knowledge of IPC-610-A and a J-STD-001 certification, which may obtained will be required.
- Be able to conduct daily work operations with minimal supervision.
- Be able to prioritize daily work operations by working with the schedules and planning resources.
- Be able to effectively communicate with planning personnel, supervision and other department associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least three years of experience with Juki 3010L/3020L or comparable surface mount machine required.
- Previous lead/supervisor experience desired.
- Must be able to identify electronic components.
- Must have at least one year of hands on automated electronic assembly experience.
- Must have intermediate level PC skills.
- Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
